Robert Panzarella is a Professor of Police Science at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City.  Professor Panzarella has a Bachelor and Master’s degree from Catholic University of America, a second Master’s degree from the City College of New York, as well as a PhD from the City University of New York.

Clinton Rand retired as a Special Agent with the FBI.  He was also a Police Officer, Deputy Sheriff, Massachusetts State Trooper, a member of the Criminal Justice Faculty at Saint Anselm College, and an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice at Kennedy-Western University.  He has a Bachelor and Masters’ degree, attended law school, and is a Doctoral Candidate at Northern Illinois University.

Joan R. Dombrowski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Pace University, New York and a Master’s of Science degree in Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
